    Once approved, you will receive an email with a commitment form. After you submit the form, you’ll be invited to a Canvas course with all the details you need to be a part of a Global Outreach Mission Team.

    The following teams are no longer taking applications:  SP26 Boston, SP26 Dominican Republic, SP26 Maui, SP26 Mexico Engineering and SP26 Nicaragua.

    Submit names and emails of individuals who know you reasonably well but are not related to you. By submitting these email addresses, you give consent to the Global Outreach Office to send a reference request to these individuals. You also agree to waive your right to inspect the content of the recommendations. NOTE: References will be sent automatically via email when this application is submitted so please type in the correct email addresses.

    Upon commitment to a Global Outreach team...

    I commit to raising 90% of the total estimated cost of my mission trip before departure. Within 90 days of my return from the trip, should there be insufficient funds to cover the actual expenses incurred, I will pay the remaining balance.

    Should I withdraw or be suspended from the Global Outreach program, any existing funds will be used to cover expenses incurred until that time. Should there be insufficient funds to cover the expenses incurred, I will pay the remaining balance.

    I understand that financial support to Cedarville University for Global Outreach mission teams is tax deductible when given to support the missionary outreach of participants and is non-refundable. Contributions received in response to a specific team member's request will be used by the entire team. Contributions for Global Outreach ministry teams are under the control of Cedarville University and are only used to accomplish the ministry goals for the Global Outreach program.
