     Please plan on allowing 10-15 minutes to complete the application. You must complete the application in one sitting. There is no option to save a partially completed application. 

    You will need to provide the names and/or email addresses of references requested in the reference section of the application. The application also requires a recent photo of yourself to be uploaded with your submission.

    Once your application has been approved you will receive an email with the Next Steps Guide attached.

    Upon commitment to a Global Outreach team...

    I commit to raising 90% of the total estimated cost of my mission trip before departure. Within 90 days of my return from the trip, should their be insufficient funds to cover the actual expenses incurred, I will pay the remaining balance.

    Should I withdraw or be suspended from the Global Outreach program, any existing funds will be used to cover expenses incurred until that time. Should there be insufficient funds to cover the expenses incurred, I will pay the remaining balance.

    I understand that financial support to Cedarville University for Global Outreach mission teams is tax deductible when given to support the missionary outreach of participants and is non-refundable. Contributions received in response to a specific team member's request will be used by the entire team. Contributions for Global Outreach ministry teams are under the control of Cedarville University and are only used to accomplish the ministry goals for the Global Outreach program.
